Chat with us, powered by LiveChat Dealing with Immigration Without Violating the Rights of Immigrants Essay - Uni Pal

DescriptionFar-right and ultra-nationalist parties that promote restrictive immigration policies are
gaining ground in many countries. Their restrictive immigration policies are a clear
violation of established international law on immigration, refugees, and asylum seekers.
These international protections for immigrants date back to World War II and the
Holocaust. They were designed to prevent the violation of human rights of the poor and
ethnic minorities fleeing extreme poverty, starvation, violence, death, and mass genocide.
Is there a way to deal with immigration that doesn’t violate the rights of immigrants? How
would you solve the global immigration problem?
